A python package for analysing the performance of a Construction Project compared to UK Net Zero Carbon Building Standard Pilot Version (Sept 2024).

Caution

Currently the scope of this package is limited to Operational Energy Targets defined by UKNZCB based on end use areas only. The intention is that over-time other UKNZCB metrics will be added.

Whilst the intention is that the package will evolve to be able to report on all the metrics defined in the UKNZCB Standard, it is currently only considering Operational Energy Targets. This requires the tracking of the following data:

• project buildings, areas and end-types
• in-use operational energy usage
• predicted operational energy usage
  • Note: this cannot demonstrate compliance with the UKNZCB guide it is valuable to track during the design stage
• custom targets where applicable
• embodied carbon targets
• demand management targets
